About The Project

Relying on the traditional business model that favours face to face communication with the customer, small businesses were hit especially hard and were unprepared to address the changes that COVID-19 ensued. The pandemic however highlighted the already existing lack of digital competences that puts these small businesses in a disadvantaged position, decreases their competitiveness and will lead them to exclusion from the opportunities of the digital era. 

The GRACE project is inherently geared towards minimizing barriers for access to training provision as it builds a fully online training experience.

The partnership will take all the necessary measures to ensure accessibility and active participation of all for its activities and will adopt solutions as appropriate.
