Por\u00e9m, a pandemia apenas exp\u00f4s a falta de compet\u00eancias digitais que j\u00e1 se verificavam e que colocam os pequenos neg\u00f3cios numa posi\u00e7\u00e3o desfavorecida, diminuem a sua competitividade e levam \u00e0 sua exclus\u00e3o das oportunidades presentes na era digital.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">O projeto GRACE est\u00e1 inerentemente orientado para minimizar as barreiras de acesso \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o, visto que constr\u00f3i uma experi\u00eancia de forma\u00e7\u00e3o online completa.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">A parceria ir\u00e1 adoptar
